OWN ENGINEERING
We want to constantly optimize and further develop our products technically. To this end, we are constantly developing new, economical solutions with the help of our CAD planning, even for standard products.
You need a special fitting? This is also not a problem for us. In our engineering department, we plan custom-made products and also produce them for you at our own site.
Modern production
Our production consists of an extensive machine park with the latest CNC manufacturing technology. Thus, our ball valves are manufactured exclusively on 5-axis machining centers and CNC lathes of the latest generation to generate high-precision machining.
Furthermore, our metallic sealing systems are mass produced in a fully automated lapping facility.
In-house assembly & testing
A+R Armaturen GmbH attaches the highest importance to the production of trouble-free ball valves with a long service life and operational reliability. That is why every ball valve is thoroughly tested before it leaves our production.
We use high-pressure hydraulic test benches and automated pneumatic test benches. Furthermore, our customers benefit from demanding high-temperature and helium leak tests.
