For three generations, we have specialized in the development of ball valves for aggressive processes and extreme operating conditions. The temperature specifications of our metallic seals reach +650 °C. With our “Made in Germany” valves, we guarantee our customers absolutely safe, reliable and efficient operation of their plants.

Materials: 1.4408/CF8M, 1.0619/WCB, 1.4404/316L, 1.4308/CF8, 1.4571/316Ti, Duplex, Hastelloy, Monel & other materials upon request.
Temperature range: -50°C to +650°C
Spring-loaded high-performance sealing system
Floating- or Trunnion mounted ball construction
Hard-coated ball sealing systems: Thermal spray process (HVOF), tungsten and chromium carbide, diffusion process (boride).

Application areas for metal-seated ball valves

Key advantages of the metal-seated ball valves from A+R Armaturen are their robustness, durability and absolute tightness. We guarantee all of this to our customers through a complex full inspection. Piece by piece, every single ball valve that leaves our factory is 100 percent tested for material behaviour, tightness and torque required for opening and closing. The installation of A+R ball valves will avoid expensive un-scheduled production stops due to leakage. Unforeseen circumstances are therefore also not to be expected with A+R ball valves.

Oil & Gas

When oil and gas are conveyed, ball valves must reliably withstand extreme temperatures and pressures. Our metal-seated ball valves are characterized by high robustness and durability.
